Macau ’17

Macau … The Vegas of Asia (Literally)
If you didn’t know, gambling is illegal in Hong Kong. With Macau only being a short ferry ride away, you can imagine that it’s a quick getaway for those that like to raise the stakes.
Macau reminds me so much of Portugal, you can especially tell the influence by the architecture, the food and of course one of the main languages spoken is Portuguese.
Pastel de Nata
Now I’m not much of a gambler, so that part didn’t appeal to me. However if you have the chance to go to Macau, I would say do it. It’s not far off in terms of having to go out of your way, you can make it a day trip like I did.
Street food!
Top things to do in Macau
  1. The House of Dancing Water Show
  2. Historic Centre of Macau
  3. Venetian Casino
Water Show @ City of Dreams

And I never got a chance to go here, but if you have the time than I would definitely recommend checking out the Giant Panda Pavilion!
